Pipettes

They are calibrated To Deliver* Fill the Illiquid above. the volume mark_ Wipe off the tin wet area Hold the pi pEtte at eye level to place the tip of the pipette to the wall of vessel with a slight angle between contact point, Discard excess liquid till it reaches calibration mark of pipette. Start discarding and pay attentkiin to clear the pipette completely. When the level of liquid reaches Tip of the pipette, you have to want a little as the waiting time( of class as pipette)… When the waiting time is overm wipe off the pipette tip by pulling it upwards along the wall of vessel. If there’s any residual liquid left then leave it as it is.
